This low-energy, timber-framed home in Wimbledon Village, London, was built in October 2022 and was of a very high specification. It featured exposed glulam beams, open living spaces, and high ceilings.
For this project, the client also specified rock wool insulation between the studs, focusing on airtightness at all the critical junctions.
We collaborated with the Erbar Mattes Architects, the engineer, and the main contractor to deliver this impressive timber frame structure.
