We started work on this ambitious self-build timber frame project spanning a remarkable 11,000 m² in the lead-up to Christmas 2023 right through to the early months of 2024 to bring our client’s dream home into reality.
This project is one of our most ambitious yet, consisting of three floors and incorporating 24 tonnes of steel for added strength and support.
The completed home is magnificent, featuring five generously proportioned bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom and dressing area. The master suite stands out, with an exceptionally large dressing room that spans 15 m².
At the centre of the house, a lift provides easy access to all floors, alongside a staircase that leads up to a wide landing area and viewing gallery overlooking the grand entrance hall. The first floor includes a dedicated linen and laundry room, while the second floor features a gym and entertainment room.
