The vaulted ceiling makes this tiny detached house look much bigger than it actually is.
Squeezed between two existing plots in the heart of Cambridge access was very limited, but we successfully got our hi-ab lorry set up to install the timber frame.
Despite the small size, our client opted for a highly insulated panel, and we added 40mm of insulation internally to achieve a 0.12 u-value.
